Service Terms

These Service Terms apply to property staging, photography, and related services provided by Zen With Maral. By accepting a quote that references these terms, you agree to the Service Terms version shown on that quote.

Prices are in NZD. Any GST or other tax, if applicable, will be shown on your quote.

Unless your quote states otherwise, the full quoted amount must be paid before your service is scheduled. Your quote must also be accepted within the validity period shown on the quote. We will contact you after payment to arrange or confirm the service date.

By accepting a quote that includes photography, you agree that copyright in photographs and visual content created by Zen With Maral will remain with Zen With Maral, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use delivered images for marketing the named property, including property listings, agency print materials, and online marketing. Unrelated stock use, commercial resale, or third-party licensing requires our written permission.

Photography is included at no additional charge when a staging service is selected. The exact photography scope included with your staging service will be shown on your quote. Drone photography, floor plans, video, twilight photography, and other additional photography services are included only when specifically quoted.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We do not charge an automatic percentage cancellation fee. Where a cancellation causes actual loss, we may charge a reasonable amount for work already undertaken or for disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs, to the extent permitted by law. If we need to reschedule because of weather, safety, or provider availability, no customer penalty applies.

If Zen With Maral cannot provide the agreed service, an appropriate refund or remedy applies. Issues relating to completed or partially completed services are handled according to the circumstances and applicable rights.

Nothing in these Service Terms limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
