We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains how to request a return for eligible product orders from Zen With Maral.

Return window

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.

How to start a return

1. Use Start a return on this page (or go to /returns/request)
2. Enter your order ID and the email used at checkout
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request
4. Wait for confirmation and packing/shipping guidance from our team

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at maralbelle1997@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where appropriate.
